Ensure the utility of financial institution administration procedures in the Department. Advice on the central money owed matters. Ensure the software of Modified Cash Standard in the coaching of monthly, quarterly and Annual preparation of Financial Statements and records. Provide strategic course on debt management. Lead the implementation of personnel payment. Provide monitoring approach for the charge of salaries, wages and allowance to personnel of the department. Ensure positive administration of overseas and domestic S&T declare services. Lead the implementation of last price processes. Report quarterly on Chief Directorate Budget Management performance to the CFO and enhance corrective motion plans for unsatisfactory performance. Oversee the improvement and implementation of accounting processes in accordance with Government’s regulatory frameworks. Provide executive leadership and path for alignment of accounting insurance policies to the regulatory framework. Lead the protection of Accounting Systems. Provide executive path on the identification and mitigation of dangers related with accounting services. Develop and align Operational Plan with the departmental strategy. Provide govt Guidance on enforcing of new trends in accounting. Establish and hold relationships with interior and exterior stakeholders. Manage Resources of the Chief Directorate. Manage human resources and monetary resources. Manage bodily resources. Manage information/knowledge.
